This massage offers you a space to feel held. Blending nurturing, flowing touch with deeper intuitive work, responsive to your bodies needs in that moment. This session is tailored specifically for you depending on your intentions and comfort levels. This 𝟲𝟬 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙩𝙚 treatment is focused on targeting specific areas of the body, depending on your needs. This could include sections of the body such as a back, neck and shoulder massage, a head and chest massage or arms and legs etc. (Please note - if you wish to book a full body massage please choose the 90 minute session - this is to ensure each treatment is unhurried and thorough). Scent has a direct pathway to memory, emotion, and the nervous system. An optional aromatherapy blend will be created on the day to support your bodies healing process. ​​◾️𝐓𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Customise your session to focus on the areas you feel need the most attention ◾️𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞: This massage is 60 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙩𝙚𝙨 𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙜, but please allow for up to an extra 30 minutes beyond your massage time. This allows time for us to discuss your needs, and for you to ease in and out of the session without rushing. This added time will be free of charge. ◾️𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐨 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 take place in a peaceful room nestled away in Haverfordwest, on the top floor of The Salt Loft Yoga Studio. Please note there is two flights of stairs to access the studio. ◾️𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 & 𝐀𝐝𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: If you have mobility/different needs, please let me know when booking so we can discuss how to adapt the treatment to suit you.
