Slow, rhythmic touch travels across the scalp, neck, shoulders, and upper back — unwinding knots, melting away stress, and coaxing your nervous system into a softer, steadier pace. ◾️ 𝐓𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Each treatment I offer is unique and tailored to meet your specific needs. We will begin by having a consultation so that I can understand more about you and what you would like to receive from the session. ◾️𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞: This massage is 45 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙩𝙚𝙨 𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙜, but please allow an extra 15 minutes beyond your massage time. This allows me to set up, for us to discuss your needs, and for you to ease in and out of the session without rushing. This added time will be free of charge. ◾️𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐨 𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞: - 𝐌𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 I will bring the treatment to your doorstep with all the equipment needed for your session. All you need is a space large enough for a standard massage table. - 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐨 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 take place in a calm, grounding room nestled in Haverfordwest, prepared for comfort and privacy. ◾️𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 & 𝐀𝐝𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: If you have mobility needs, please let me know when booking. Sessions can be adapted to be performed on a chair, wheelchair, or even on the floor if that feels better for you.
