Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, rhythmic treatment designed to support the body’s natural lymphatic system — helping to encourage the movement of fluid, reduce feelings of heaviness, and support overall balance within the body. Different from your typical massage, during this treatment I utilise Vodder Method Techniques, using less oil, slow movements and very light, precise touch. It is deeply calming for the nervous system, creating space for the body to rest, reset, and gently release. It can be particularly beneficial for those experiencing fluid retention, bloating, fatigue, or a sense of stagnation. This 𝟲𝟬 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙩𝙚 treatment is focused on targeting specific areas of the body, depending on your needs. This could include sections of the body such as a stomach and back massage, a head and chest massage or arms and legs etc. (Please note - if you wish to book a full body massage please choose the 90 minute session) ◾️ 𝐓𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Each treatment I offer is unique and tailored to meet your specific needs. We will begin by having a consultation so that I can understand more about you and what you would like to receive from the session. ◾️𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞: This massage is 60 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙩𝙚𝙨 𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙜, but please allow for up to an extra 30 minutes beyond your massage time. This allows time for us to discuss your needs, and for you to ease in and out of the session without rushing. This added time will be free of charge. ◾️𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐨 𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞: - 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐨 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 take place in a peaceful room nestled in Haverfordwest, prepared for comfort and privacy. - I have a small amount of Mobile sessions available per month, but please contact me directly via message to enquire about booking these. Currently Mobile sessions are only available to Men through referral.
