Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, rhythmic treatment designed to support the body’s natural lymphatic system — helping to encourage the movement of fluid, reduce feelings of heaviness, and support overall balance within the body. Different from your typical massage, during this treatment I utilise Vodder Method Techniques, using less oil, slow movements and very light, precise touch. It is deeply calming for the nervous system, creating space for the body to rest, reset, and gently release. It can be particularly beneficial for those experiencing fluid retention, bloating, fatigue, or a sense of stagnation. This 𝟗𝟎 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙩𝙚 treatment can be a full body experience or focused on targeting specific areas of the body, depending on your needs. ​​◾️𝐓𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Customise your session to focus on the areas you feel need the most attention ◾️𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞: Please allow for up to an additional 30 minutes beyond your actual massage time. This allows me to set up, for us to discuss your needs, and for you to ease in and out of the session without rushing. This added time will be free of charge. ◾️𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐨 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 take place in a peaceful room nestled away in Haverfordwest at The Ark, prepared for comfort and grounding. - I have a small amount of Mobile sessions available per month, but please contact me directly via message to enquire about booking these. Any Aromatherapy elements included in your treatment are fully insured under my student practitioner policy.
