My approach

At Ember Flow, I offer holistic bodywork, combining intuitive massage and aromatherapy. Each session is a personalised experience that honours wherever you’re at - physically, emotionally, and energetically. My work is rooted in creating the conditions where the body can soften and unwind through safety, connection, and human touch.

When pain or stress is the center of your life, your nervous system can stay on high alert because it believes danger is ongoing. Through slow, intentional, trauma-informed touch, I support the nervous system in stepping out of survival mode and back into safety. This work isn’t about pushing through pain or forcing release. It’s about supporting your body to find its own sense of balance again. 

Each session is guided by presence rather than pressure. Touch is unhurried, intentional, and responsive — inviting your body to relax at its own pace.

Aromatherapy Massage

This massage offers a slow, intentional space to soften. Touch is unhurried and responsive, allowing your body to let go of tension at its own pace. This session is for those seeking deeper regulation — allowing the body to to rest and restore.

Scent has a direct pathway to memory, emotion, and the nervous system, your custom aromatherapy blend will be selected on the day to support your bodies healing process.

Indian Head Massage

Much of what we hold gathers in the upper body — in the shoulders that brace, the jaw that clenches, the mind that rarely rests.

 

This session focuses on the places where stress can quietly settle. Slow, rhythmic touch travels across the scalp, neck, shoulders, and upper back — unwinding knots, melting away stress, and coaxing your nervous system into a softer, steadier pace. Each touch invites your breath to deepen, and your body to sink into rest. 

 

Facial Massage

Our faces often carry the stories we don’t speak out loud.

 

Tension can build in the jaw, temples, forehead, and around the eyes — especially when we’re tired, overwhelmed, or emotionally holding a lot.

 

This is a tender facial designed to softly release your jaw and the muscles of the face. Flowing touch moves slowly, smoothing and softening to allow tightness to melt away.

Hello, I'm Hannah.

Ember Flow grew from my own longing for a place to land — somewhere where you don’t need to be fixed, and you’re allowed to be held just as you are.

For much of my teenage years and early adulthood, I lived with constant fatigue, skin issues, and pain that never seemed to have clear answers. What stayed with me most wasn’t just the physical discomfort, but the slow loss of trust in my body — the feeling that I had tried everything and nothing was working.

Through bodywork, I began to notice a quiet shift. Not a cure, but moments of softening. Times when my nervous system settled, when I could step out of survival mode and feel present in my own skin again. That experience reshaped how I understand care and support.

My work now centres around creating slow, intentional massage experiences that support people in releasing unseen tension, reconnecting with their bodies, and finding a sense of safety and rest. My approach is gentle and trauma-informed, shaped by my background in mental health and holistic bodywork.

This work is an extension of what helped me feel more at home in myself — and it continues to grow as I do.
